Partnership

The Business Growth Agency

We are extending a select invitation to explore a strategic partnership with The Business Growth Agency.

This is not an open referral arrangement or a vendor relationship. It is a credibility-driven partnership grounded in shared standards, long-term thinking, and integrity of work.

Why We're Reaching Out

We Partner Selectively

When we do, it is because we have confidence in how you operate—your quality, your communication, and your respect for the client's broader vision. Our clients rely on us not only for growth, but for clarity around who they can trust as they build.

This partnership exists to remove guesswork and create continuity across every layer of a business.

What the Partnership Is

Trusted Specialists

A partnership with The Business Growth Agency means working alongside us as a trusted specialist, supporting clients beyond strategy and marketing across critical functions, including:

  • Finance and accounting
  • Legal and compliance
  • Design, development, and SEO
  • Print, signage, and physical brand assets
  • Operations, fulfillment, and execution

Partners are not vendors. They are trusted extensions of the ecosystem, working with clients who are already strategically supported.

The Standard We Hold

We believe businesses should be built correctly, not just quickly.

That standard includes:

  • Clear scope and communication
  • Respect for long-term strategy over short-term wins
  • Integrity in execution
  • Alignment with leadership and vision

Every partnership is held to these same principles.

What Partnership Offers

A partnership with The Business Growth Agency may include:

  • Warm, aligned referrals
  • Clients who arrive with strategic clarity and direction
  • A collaborative, non-transactional working relationship
  • Long-term relationships built on trust, not volume

There are no quotas, obligations, or referral requirements—only alignment and mutual respect.

How the Partnership Works

This is a relationship-based, cumulative partnership.

Some partners primarily receive referrals. Some refer clients into the Agency. Many do both.

The focus is shared standards, clear communication, and sustained success—without transactional pressure.

5. Types of Participation

Defined Roles

Each Participant is designated as one (1) of the following roles.

5.1 Growth Partner (Active Leadership Role)

Growth Partners actively sell BGA services and steward client relationships.

Growth Partners:

  • Sell Foundation and Scale programs
  • Act as Client Project Stewards from onboarding through completion
  • Maintain client communication, accountability, and satisfaction
  • Coordinate between clients and BGA delivery teams

Growth Partners are not responsible for:

  • Service delivery or execution
  • Managing fulfillment teams
  • Operational infrastructure
  • Modifying pricing, duration, or scope without written approval

5.2 Ambassador (Active Sales / Community Role)

Ambassadors actively sell and recommend BGA programs using approved referral or discount codes.

Ambassadors:

  • May be clients, alumni, collaborators, or aligned professionals
  • Promote Foundation and Scale programs using approved materials
  • Offer clients preferred pricing or bonuses through authorized codes
  • Earn commissions on all qualified sales generated through their code

Ambassadors do not:

  • Manage clients post-sale
  • Act as Project Stewards
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, or timelines
  • Represent themselves as partners or agency leadership

5.3 Referral Partner / Trusted Provider (Mutual Role)

Referral Partners are trusted clients or service providers whom BGA recommends — and who reciprocally refer aligned opportunities back to the Agency.

This is a shared custom of mutual trust and recommendation.

Referral Partners:

  • Introduce aligned prospects to BGA
  • May be recommended by BGA for complementary services
  • Do not sell BGA services directly
  • Do not manage projects or client relationships
6. Revenue & Commission Model

Commission Structure

6.1 Growth Partner Commission

For BGA services sold by a Growth Partner:

  • Growth Partners earn a commission on gross collected revenue.
  • BGA retains the remaining portion.

6.2 Partner Team Leadership Override

Growth Partners may mentor additional Growth Partners.

When a recruited Growth Partner closes a sale:

  • Selling Partner earns the primary commission.
  • Team Leader earns an override.
  • Remaining portion retained by BGA.

Overrides never reduce the selling Partner’s commission.

6.3 Ambassador Commission

For sales generated through an Ambassador’s approved code or referral link:

  • Ambassadors earn a commission on qualified sales.

Applies to both Foundation and Scale programs.

6.4 Referral Partner Commission

For clients introduced by a Referral Partner:

  • Referral Partners earn a commission on successful introductions.

Referral commissions apply only to successful introductions and do not include sales or stewardship duties.

7. Client Stewardship Requirement

Stewardship Expectations

Growth Partners receiving commissions are required to:

  • Maintain consistent client follow-up
  • Act as the primary relationship holder
  • Ensure clarity, timelines, and accountability
  • Protect the integrity of the client experience

Failure to uphold stewardship may result in commission reassignment or role adjustment.

8. Role Boundaries & Protections

Collaboration, Not Control

Nothing in this Agreement grants any Participant:

  • Ownership or equity in BGA
  • Governance or voting rights
  • Authority to bind the Agency
  • Employment status

This Agreement creates collaboration, not control.
